Once your order for party decorations and supplies has been placed and payment has been received, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We ship within New Zealand and aim for dispatch within 24 hours of you placing your order. Delivery within New Zealand: Orders are delivered within New Zealand using Courier Post, which are a fast and reliable courier company operating in New Zealand. A signature is required upon delivery of all orders. Please note that you can request that your parcel be left in a safe place, without collection of a signature and at your own risk, by leaving a comment at checkout which includes details of where your parcel can be left. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels which you have requested to be sent without signature being required. Please further note that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels where you have an authority to leave notice in place for your property. Our rural delivery locations are the same as NZ Post. • Free local pick up in Gisborne on the beautiful East Coast of New Zealand.
• Saturday deliveries can be accommodated where possible for an additional fee of 6 (please contact us on to arrange)

Delivery to Australia: If you would like to have your order delivered to Australia, please contact us to process your order. The shipping rates on our website are for delivery within New Zealand only. Orders are couriered to Australia using the New Zealand Post International Courier service. We will on-charge the direct costs we incur here. Typical delivery costs are approximately 20 Australia wide for all standard sized parcels (this excludes glassware and bulky or oversized items). International Shipping: We welcome international orders. The shipping rates on our website are for shipping within New Zealand only.
